Career

She acted in several off-Broadway shows, but the paychecks weren’t enough. So, she worked several part-time jobs on the side.

Jennifer’s first role was in the horror film “Leprechaun”. Sadly for the young actress, most of its critics were negative. Her breakthrough came a year after when she landed the iconic role of Rachel Green in a comedy sitcom “Friends”. It aired on NBC from 1994-2004. Firstly, she was asked to audition for the role of Monica, but she refused.

Since Rachel, she portrayed many roles in movies such as: “Rock Star” (2001), “The Good Girl” (2002), “Bruce Almighty” (2003), “The Break-Up” (2006), “Marley & Me” (2008), “The Bounty Hunter” (2010), “Horrible Bosses (2011), “We’re The Millers” (2013), “Cake” (2014), “Office Christmas Party” (2016), “The Yellow Birds” (2017), her latest one, “Murder Mystery” (2019) and many, many more.

Personal Life

Jennifer married her longtime spouse Brad Pitt in 2000. The two spent 5 years together, then divorced. Many speculated that Pitt had cheated on her with Angelina Jolie; the two had started dating almost right after the divorce was finalized. Many years after, Aniston stated that  “it was a beautiful, complicated relationship”. Although it had ended on a bad note, she does not seem to regret it.

In 2011, she started dating Justin Theroux. In August 2015, the couple got married, but by the end of 2017, they were separated.

She’s best friends with Courtney Cox and Amanda Anka, but also good friend of Andrea Buchanan, Jason Bateman and Ellen DeGeneres (Jennifer was the first guest on her daytime talk show).

Jennifer Aniston Net Worth 2020

Aniston’s net worth in 2020 is estimated at around $220 million. Most of this money is from movies and shows, but also from her partnerships with Glaceau Smartwater, Emirates, Aveeno…

But, she does not keep all that money to herself. She supports many organizations like the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She gained some media attention back in 2017 for donating $1 million to aid hurricane relief efforts. It’s nice to hear that she’s aware of the less fortunate.
